As soon as I gave him my needs regarding pricing and details of amenities for the house I was seeking, he immediately had listings for me to look at. As they became available he followed up with me right away to ask if I wanted to go see the property. I was looking for a rental property, and the communication between the owners and himself were very quick with immediate responses. He worked around my schedule and even showed me a house on a national holiday. I did not expect him to do that.
